Nano Banana Video provides AI-powered content generation tools for legitimate creative, commercial, and personal purposes. This Policy protects our users, our community, and the integrity of our platform by prohibiting harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
You may NOT use our services to create content that:
- Depicts or promotes illegal activities, crimes, or criminal behavior
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents)
- Involves illegal substances, drugs, or controlled substances
- Depicts illegal weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for child exploitation.
- Any content involving minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative situations is strictly prohibited
- Any content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
- No refunds will be issued
Prohibited sexual content includes:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery
- Nudity or sexual acts (with exceptions for artistic, educational, or medical purposes)
- Content depicting sexual services or solicitation

Prohibited content includes:

- Disability or medical condition
- Age or veteran status
- Hate group symbols, logos, or propaganda
- Dehumanizing language or imagery targeting protected groups
You may NOT use our services to:
- Harass, bully, or intimidate individuals or groups
- Create content targeting specific individuals for abuse
- Generate threatening or violent content directed at real people
- Engage in doxxing (sharing private personal information)
- Impersonate others for harassment purposes
- Promote stalking or unwanted contact
Prohibited activities include:
- Creating deepfakes or manipulated media without clear disclosure
- Impersonating real individuals (public figures, celebrities, private persons)
- Generating false or misleading health information
- Creating deceptive election or political content
- Fabricating false evidence or documents
- Spreading demonstrably false conspiracy theories that could cause harm
Note: Satire, parody, and clearly labeled fictional content are permitted.
You may NOT create content for:
- Phishing attacks or credential theft
- Financial fraud or investment scams
- Fake identity documents or credentials
- Counterfeit currency or financial instruments
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing deception
- Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
Prohibited activities include:
- Bulk content generation for spam purposes
- Automated bot activity or scraping
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Payment fraud or credit card testing
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized API access
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
We encourage creative and legitimate use of our platform, including:

Minor Violations (First offense, less severe):

Serious Violations (Repeated or moderate severity):

Severe Violations (Zero tolerance categories, repeated serious violations):
- Immediate permanent account termination
- No refund of credits or subscription fees
- Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal content)
- Legal action if warranted
If you believe your account was suspended or content was removed in error:

- Provide context and justification
- We will review within 5 business days
Note: Appeals for child safety violations, illegal content, or severe violations will not be considered.
By using Nano Banana Video, you agree to:

- ✓ Respect intellectual property rights
- ✓ Verify you have rights to any uploaded reference images
- ✓ Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- ✓ Disclose AI-generated content when appropriate
- ✓ Not circumvent our content moderation systems
- ✓ Report violations you encounter
Generated content must also comply with the policies of our underlying AI providers (Gemini, Replicate, Fal, Kie). Additional restrictions may apply based on the specific AI model used.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Nano Banana Video. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children under 18.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect:
- New types of prohibited content
- Changes in AI provider policies
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Community feedback and safety improvements
Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
